We’ve built this Site to need as little of your personal information as possible.
Information you choose to give us. If you email us through the address on our Contact page, we receive whatever information you include in that email — typically your name and email address. We use this only to respond to your question.
Information collected automatically. Like virtually all websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This is used only for security, performance, and basic traffic analysis, and is not used to identify you personally.
Analytics. We may use privacy-focused tools such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the Site — for example, which guides are most helpful. These tools may use cookies or similar technology. We do not use this data to build individual profiles of visitors, and we do not sell it.
What We Don’t Collect
We do not have user accounts, logins, or password storage. We do not process payments directly — all purchases are handled entirely by Gumroad, a third-party platform with its own privacy policy and security practices. We never see or store your payment card information.
Third-Party Links
Our guides link out to official state DMV and title office websites, surety bond providers, and other resources to help you complete the bonded title process. We don’t control these sites and aren’t responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before submitting information there.
Cookies
The Site may use a small number of cookies for basic functionality (such as remembering your light/dark display preference) and, if analytics are enabled, for aggregate traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect some site features but won’t prevent you from reading any guide.
Children’s Privacy
This Site is intended for general audiences seeking vehicle title information and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
